Work duties

The focus of this employment is how migration affects integration and mental health. You are expected to contribute to the issues raised in the project, which is supported by the ERC. This happens via work with several large and unique epidemiological data sources that originate from the national population and health records in Sweden. You must also have an interest in writing scientific articles because the results of our research will be published in international peer reviewed journals. The work tasks also include some supervision of doctoral students, students, resident physicians and other primary care staff, which is a qualification for, e.g., a future associate professor

Qualifications

Applicants need to have obtained their PhD no later than within the last three years. Your doctoral dissertation may have a focus on medicine or economics but we also welcome applicants from all other relevant disciplines, e.g. epidemiology, health economics and national economics, etc. Experience working with national population and health registries is a merit but not a requirement.
